Absolutely delighted with my new glasses!! Fast and easy to order and the price was brilliant! I’d just paid twice as much for one pair of prescription reading glasses from a high street optician so wish I had found this company sooner!! Can’t recommend enough!

Generally fast efficient and effective. My prescription was lost on one occasion so I experienced a delay. You are updated throughout the process.

It's an impersonal service but it does what it says on the tin!

Sadly the two pairs of glasses I bought in the offer are not of much use to me. The prescription is fine on both but the frames are heavy and ill fitting and drop off my face so the glasses are too uncomfortable to wear. I realise they were very cheap and just feel I should have thought before I ordered online without thinking the transaction through properly.I’ve just had a very nice reply from glasses direct who apologised for any inconvenience caused and said I could get a refund. I’m actually travelling in a camper van at present and don’t want to take on the task of sending the glasses back but am impressed by their positive and professional response.

Fantastic service. Had a few home trials before picking my frames. Much prefer this than trying on in store as I could walk around the house and really get a feel for the frames. Only lost 1 star as I felt the tint was slightly off colour but this is a minor niggle. More like 4 and half stars. Great value for money.

Did not receive the email invoice promised

I've ordered with Glasses Direct many times now and would never ever go back!The home trials are brilliant, I've completed so many and chosen literally all of my frames this way. You can't go wrong, try before you buy - even during a pandemic.I ordered my 6th pair this time, a Ray Ban frame with transition lenses (which I haven't tried before) and I absolutely love them. They came in no time at all and fit perfect. The website is just so easy to use, I would 100% recommend it to anyone who's thinking about giving it a try.

Good company although waited a while for return spectacles. Unfortunately I still couldn’t see well out of my updated varifocals and returned them for a refund. Waiting for this

This is my 2nd pair and satisfied extremely with first pair but not so with 2nd pair, this may be to these being varifocals but my reading lense is blurry so not really much good for me in work with the computer.Sandra
